Refund policy

At this time, we do not accept returns due to the nature of our products. Most items are handmade, made to order, or custom. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item(s), we are always happy to help. 

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item(s) so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are not responsible for any damages due to poor handling by USPS or any lost packages. However, if something does happen to your package, please reach out so we may discuss possible options. 

Refunds:

If you receive a damaged or defective item that we cannot replace, we may issue you a refund in the form of Store Credit only. However, we will do everything we can to make it right before issuing a refund. 

Store Credit is issued as an electronic Gift Card to the email address associated with your order.
